By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service and assuming that you are 18 years old or older.


- Payment method is via PayPal invoice that is sent on the email provided by the customer.- I will start working on an artwork after a payment is done.- It is possible to pay 50% upfront and the rest throughout the working process or by the end of the work.- Refunds are only available at the sketching phase. After you accept the final sketch you can no longer apply for a refund.- I am committed to your commission. If I cannot complete the commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.- I will send updates (WIP) weekly. I may send updates more or less frequently depending on the commission's complexity.- Small changes are available every time I send WIP. However, big alterations are limited only to the sketch. Alterations requests further in the process are possible but will cost extra.- If a customer asks for a large amount of changes I will add an additional charge accordingly. Customer will be informed beforehand.- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, which means that the customer cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork.- Customer is allowed to use the artwork in noncommercial manner such as uploading the artwork online on social media. Printing for personal use is also allowed.- All rights are owned by the artist, such as displaying and promoting all artworks.- Usage rights can be negotiated, in cases where customer wishes to use the artwork for commercial use. New terms will be created on agreement between a commissioner and the artist.- No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFTs or AI training.- All artworks are signed.
